ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre where the dispute was resolved. However, subsequently once again differences arose between the parties, on account of which the Opposite Party No.2 is once again living in maternal home.

Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 10.2.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.2839 of 2012 pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur on condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each date if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42727 of 2013 (5) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 to be cancelled.

From henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- instead of Rs.750/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2.
