This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.09.2022 passed by the learned Principal Judge, family Court Nawadah in Misc. Petition No. 04 of 2022 (arising out of Maintenance Case No. 18 of 2018).

Rupees 5000/- has been awarded as maintenance amount to the opposite party no. 2.

In the opinion of this Court, this amount is also very less.
