JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 12-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned Special Public Prosecutor.

Both the appellants have been alleged to have abused the members of the prosecution party belonging to Scheduled Caste Community, when they have gone to make protest over the illegal activity of their son Kunal Singh and his friend Prashant Kumar with a girl aged about 4 1⁄2 years in a bathroom inside the house of the prosecution party. Appellants happen to be under custody since 02.02.2017.

Accordingly, appellants, Mukeshwar Singh and Ramuti Devi @ Ramawati Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1089 of 2017 (02) dt.12-05-2017 learned Special Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P. S. Case No.03 of 2017, after setting aside the order dated 17.03.2017 passed by the learned Special Judge, Kishanganj.

Thus, appeal is allowed.
