Petitioner is in custody in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 for the offence under sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.S. has stated that she accompanied this petitioner to Delhi and both of them joined wedlock in a temple at Delhi. They are willing to reside as husband and wife.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that the victim girl is not major. She is not capable to take decision.
Considering the fact that the petitioner and the victim
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72619 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 girl belong to same village and next door neighbour, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 2nd (West) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Karja P.S.
