The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.Case No. 92 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 376, 420, 498-A, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the delay of over two and a half years in instituting the FIR for the alleged offence of rape after marrying the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
