Learned counsel for the State is present.

This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the order dated 11.06.2013 passed in Complaint Case No. 619 of 2013 by the learned SDJM, Katihar whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 4.
The case is based on a complaint in which the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45122 of 2013 dt.11-05-2017 2/2 complainant has been examined on solemn affirmation and her behalf two witnesses were also examined in course of inquiry conducted under Section 202 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 5.
On perusal of the complaint, I find that specific allegation of subjecting the complainant to cruelty for nonfulfilment of demand of dowry has been made against the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
