The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant performed the marriage of his daughter, Sunita Devi, in the year 2002 with Indrajeet @ Vigan Singh, son of Lal Babu Singh of village Sunrugapur, P.S. Sandesh, district Bhojpur at Ara. On 03.05.2019 daughter of the informant talked to informant saying to come very seen otherwise she will be killed on the conspiracy. When the informant reached at the house of his daughter, he was informed that his daughter has died. On seeing the dead body, her face was found bluish in colour. The husband of the deceased is in army, who had come on leave at the house. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the

No.61802 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 deceased daughter of the informant and due to misunderstanding, informant had lodged the present case while the daughter of the informant died due to reaction of the medicine as she was ill and treatment going on. More over, after knowing the real fact, the informant has filed the compromise petition in the Court of Sri Sushant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara, on 14.06.2019.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
