1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(a) To direct the respondents to remove the encroachment from the Govt. Land, situated at Mauza- Bagheji, Khata No. 67 & 30, Survey No. 404 & 405, Thana No. 257.

(b) To direct the respondents to remove the private respondent no.4, who has encroached Govt. land and has obstructed the road of the village."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Barauli, District-Gopalganj, for redressal of his

Patna High Court CWJC No.14609 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
