The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Indian Forest Case No. 52 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 2(35), 27, 29 and 31 of the W.L.P. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were from the bicycle which was not being driven by the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner was chased and caught but nothing to do with the alleged recovery nor has he any role in the theft of the log of wood so recovered. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period
