The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 01(C)/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that his father-in-law the petitioner and others called him in village Narayanpur. The accused persons abused and assaulted him and asked him to withdraw Barbigha P.S. Case No. 458/2016 otherwise he would be shot dead. The accused persons are alleged to have snatched different articles and cash.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17401 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 petitioner is father-in-law of the complainant. All the allegations are false and concocted. The informant earlier filed Barbigha P.S. Case No. 458/2016. There is dispute between the daughter of the petitioner and the complainant that is why the complainant filed this case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Complaint Case No. 01(C)/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
