The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Belaganj P. S. Case No. 94 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 342, 353, 385, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation against the petitioners which is in the nature of hurling abuses and assaulting the informant and the petitioners are the sons of the main accused, namely, Binay Yadav, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73529 of 2018(3) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P. S. Case No. 94 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
