Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 116 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 304 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to suspicion and rivalry. Further submission is that petitioner is not a doctor of alleged clinic (Arohi clinic) from where treatment of the deceased has been done. It is further submitted that the petitioner simply looks after the management of the clinic and has neither examined the deceased nor has conducted any operation on her. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
