JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018 for the offence under Section 447, 323, 307, 504, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner.

Considering the fact that there was case a case and counter and also the fact that petitioner has remained in custody since 28.09.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desri P.S.
