The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing theft of 40 bags of wheat from a tractor, which was parked at the door of the informant. On query, informant came to know that the aforesaid wheat was stolen by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the co-villager of the informant and due to some dispute, the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Araria, in connection with Tarabari P.S.
