2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 178 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 379 and 34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 29.04.2019 by the informant, Raja Babu.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on a minor issue of rotten watermelon, the accused persons attacked the informant's side and these two petitioners took an active part causing injuries. This led to the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that minor scuffle took place, they had no knowledge and as such,

5. Learned APP on the other hand has taken this Court to the learned Sessions Judge order to show that both moved before the learned Sessions Judge earlier in anticipatory bail which was rejected in the year 2020 and after more than five years, the present petition.
6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the conduct of the petitioner coupled with the allegation that has come in the FIR, no relief can be granted.
7. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
