The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nawada P. S. Case No. 141 of 2018 dated 05.03.2018 initially instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 448, 341, 342, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, but later Section 302 of the I.P.C. was also added.

After some arguments, Mr. Vikram Deo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73753 of 2018(3) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 Should such an application be filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks, the court below shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced with the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court.
