Patna High Court L.P.A No.1139 of 2019 dt.22-07-2025 2/2 disability. Disability issue was doubtful, therefore, we have directed to All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna (in short AIIMS, Patna) to undertake Medical Examination and furnishing report or a Medical Board opinion relating to disability. The AIIMS, Patna furnished its communication dated 01.03.2025, which reveals that the Appellant is not suffering from any disability. In the Medical Board's Opinion, it is expressed as under:

'1. Percentage of B/L Hearing disability is 0% (ZERO Percent).'

2. In the light of the aforementioned opinion of the Medical Board, Appellant has not made out a case so as to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, the present L.P.A. No. 1139 of 2019 stands dismissed.
