2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 300 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from car of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that recovery has been made from the car of which this petitioner is a registered owner and he has got two criminal antecedents out of which one criminal antecedent is of similar nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
