Petitioner is in custody in connection with Majorganj PS Case No. 371 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)II/B of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that in the instant case only three kgs. of ganja was recovered and the petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the quantify of ganja, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after 21.03.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special
