JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 The writ application prays for a direction upon the respondents, particularly, the respondent- District Magistrate to allot one room to the pensioner Samaj Association whom the petitioner claims to represent. A matter like this, in my view, ought not to have been raised in the writ petition. If the petitioner has any claim for allotment of the room within the precincts of the office of the State respondents he should have moved the appropriate authority.
Mr. Satya Ranjan Sinha, counsel for the petitioner, after making submission at some length seeks permission of the Court to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate
