"That this an application for grant of promotions i.e. 1st ACP, 2nd ACP and 3rd MACP to the petitioner and accordingly revise the amount of pension, amount of gratuity and amount of leave encashment and pay the arrears consequent upon granting the due promotions for which the petitioner is legally entitled for by furnishing the calculations chart
