2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 195 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that informant was looted by unknown criminals.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.05.2023. He further submits that present F.I.R was registered against unknown and the name of the petitioner has come only on the ground of suspicion.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67326 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 195 of 2023.
