2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 656 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and other co-accused are said to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they are falsely been implicated in this case as they are the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and they are staying separately from other family member from about ten years. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all accused persons.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners are in custody since 14.06.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the parties and also considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and also the relationship of the petitioners with the deceased, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 656 of 2022.

10. As a condition of this bail order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through their lawyer in the trial Court on the dates fixed by the trial Court. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
