The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 94 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. There is no specific allegation against him. Further submission is that in the present case, the F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of two days of the alleged occurrence.
