2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the IPC, later on it was converted under Section 395 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged by the informant that on 07.07.2014, when he was going to Begusarai with truck loaded with some goods, five miscreants stopped him with their Sumo vehicle near Petrol Pump on Rajdhani Road and looted his truck.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the present anticipatory bail application has been filed after a delay of more than 11 years and there is no
