JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i) That the respondents be commanded to grant 3rd MACP to the petitioner with effect from 30.08.2009 with all consequential benefits.

ii) That the second ACP has been granted in the GP of 4200 which should have been granted to GP of 4600.

iii) That to direct the respondents to pay the salary of 34 days to the petitioner during this time period of the financial year 2007-08. iv) That the respondents be commanded to refund an amount of Rs.8033/- which has wrongly been deducted from his salary for the financial year 2012-13 in the name of Income

Patna High Court CWJC No.14457 of 2023(2) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 Tax which has never been deposited in the office of Income Tax.

v) That the respondents be commanded to make all payments to the petitioner with compound interest computed at the rate of 12% per annum from the due date to the date of actual payment."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
