The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Banka Mahila P.S. case No. 64 of 2014 registered under Section 341, 323, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that she was coming back from school after taking her Bhagina with her brother-in-law and mother-in-law and going towards their house and when they reached near Dhaka more the petitioners and other accused persons, surrounded the informant and started stalking her. When brother-in-law of victim objected, the petitioners and others assaulted him. On alarm many persons came. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have never committed such offence. On account of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75647 of 2018(3) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 some land dispute the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case but on mere perusal of the FIR it appears that petitioners tried to outrage the modesty of the informant on a busy chowk.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
