The petitioner seeks bail in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 311 of 2017 instituted for offences under Section(s) 365, 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 05.06.2017. Investigation has been completed in this case and charge-sheet has already been submitted.

It is alleged in the written report that son of informant was taken by this petitioner to Bareli, where informant used to live with his son, wife and daughter-in-law. The son of informant is traceless. The informant has raised suspicion against this petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73302 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in case diary besides suspicion there is no allegation of any specific overt act against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 311 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
