2. The prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is for payment of his salary after his reinstatement. in light of the order passed by the State Appellate Authority in Appeal No. 103 of 2020, by an order dated 24.12.2020 read with order dated 24.02.2021, on the post of Assistant Teacher in Upgraded Middle School, Yogia, Laxmipur, Jamui.

3. The petitioner had approached the State Appellate Authority under the provisions of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and

Patna High Court CWJC No.14771 of 2023(4) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 Appeal) Rules, 2020. Since the service conditions of the petitioner is stated to be governed by the aforesaid Rules, whereby the State Appellate Authority has been vested with the power and jurisdiction to decide the issue raised regarding the service conditions of the Assistant Teachers; taking note of the fact that non-payment of the salary is a condition of service of the petitioner, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned appellate authority under the appropriate provisions of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty to the petitioner.
