The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Men P.S. Case No.39 of 2024 registered for the offences under sections 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3.

Mr. Upendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one country made pistol and one cartridge from the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner claims to have clean antecedent. He is in custody since 03.06.2024. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69613 of 2024(3) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Men P.S. Case No.39 of 2024. 7.

While accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner the court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioner has clean antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioner is having clean antecedent, the court below shall accept his bail bonds. If it is found that the petitioner has criminal antecedent then his bail bonds shall not be accepted by the court below.
