2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sectionsm 341/323/307/504/34 IPC registered in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 201/2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation of having assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head. There is case and counter case between the parties over admitted land dispute. It is submitted that the informant's sidewere the aggressors and the petitioners were acted in self defence and both sides have received injuries. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Pursuant to order dated 22.01.2019 injury report of the informant has been received and it is has been opined on 09.02.2019 that the injuries are grievous in nature as the informant has suffered fracture of left parietal bone.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands
