JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 This appeal against refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail against the order dated 06.12.2018 passed in connection with Complaint Case No.50 of 2017, has been preferred beyond 180 days. Hence, it cannot be entertained in view of the bar contained in the proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Accordingly, it stands dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the appellant to renew the prayer for anticipatory bail in the Court-below itself.
