Patna High Court CWJC No.7679 of 2014 dt.04-05-2015 3/3 Claim of the petitioners being identical to the previous adjudication made in a batch of writ applications led by CWJC No.15661 of 2014 and other analogous cases, decided on 7.4.2015, for the reasons indicated in the said order, this writ application is also allowed. The benefit, which has been extended to the similar ministerial employees in terms of the direction of the respondent University, shall also accrue to the petitioners. The State has also given a direction to the University to comply with the order passed by the Court. There is no reason why these petitioners shall not get the same benefit. The University has an obligation to pay to the petitioners their rightful claim within a period of three months from today.

Writ is allowed.
