JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GA No. 1 as well as Sri S.S. Sundaram, learned counsel for Bihar State Staff Selection Commission, submits that of -course in compliance with the order of the writ court the Secretary of the Bihar State Staff Selection Commission has disposed of the representation vide Annexure - 'A' to the show cause, there are apparent errors, which is required to be assailed in appropriate proceeding.
Accordingly, there is no need to keep the matter pending.
The petition stands disposed of with an indication that if
Patna High Court MJC No.6386 of 2012 (6) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 petitioner feels aggrieved with Annexure - 'A' she would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
