2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, co-accused Rajnish Kumar used to visit the informant's house and pretended himself to be unmarried. Meanwhile, the informant's younger sister and Rajnish Kumar fell in love and they got married. Later, she came to know that Rajnish Kumar was already married and had children. It is further alleged that the family members of Rajnish Kumar used to torture and

Later on 28th April, 2024, the informant got an information that the accused persons had murdered his younger sister. The informant has firm belief that the petitioners along with other co-accused persons, in a deep conspiracy, had murdered his younger sister, namely, Renu Kumari and concealed her dead body.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case merely because they are distant relatives (Gotiyas) of the main accused Rajnish Das. They are not the family members of Rajnish Das. They have no complicity in the alleged occurrence.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
