JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 376, 342 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 / 6 of the POCSO Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner committed rape with the minor daughter of the informant. The victim girl has fully supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Considering the nature of allegation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
