Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 285 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. As a matter of fact, the present case is counter blast of the earlier case vide Annexure-2.
