The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 58167 of 2019 vide order dated 19.09.2019. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.05.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62978 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019.
