1. The defects pointed out by the registry are ignored.

2. The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 22.03.2024, passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.3837 of 2024 to the extent that the time granted for filing appeal be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court MJC No.3156 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 on account of certain unforeseen circumstances, the appeal could not be filed within the time stipulated by this Court vide order dated 22.03.2024, hence a sympathetic view be taken and four weeks' further time be granted to the petitioner to file the appeal in question.

4. The learned counsel for the State submits that no further extension of time be granted except the present one.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant four weeks' further time from today to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal, failing which, the liberty so granted shall stand forfeited.

6. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 22.03.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No.3837 of 2024. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) sonal/- U
