The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 335 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 326, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that there is direct allegation of assault against the petitioner on the head and stomach of the informant by means of Danda. The injury report also corroborates the same.

Hence, this petitioner does not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65105 of 2022(4) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
