2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021 bearing S.T. No. 453 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and later on, Section 302 of IPC was added.
3. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 73939 of 2022.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was teasing the minor daughter of the informant. When she was taking a bath, the petitioner prepared a videograph and on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70167 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 protest, the accused persons badly assaulted the family members of the informant.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He has submitted further that the petitioner is under custody since 19.05.2022 and there is no progress in the trial.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-4th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021 bearing S.T. No. 453 of 2021, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
