Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Cases No. 146 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because she is the relative of the husband of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75367 of 2022(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Vishnupad P.S.
