JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 In pursuance to the earlier order dated 24.02.2023, a report dated 15th March, 2023 has been received from the learned Court of SubJudge-XIV (In-Charge), Bhagalpur, wherein it has been stated that though the case is pending for arguments and the defendant has been given last chance to complete his arguments, however, the Presiding Officer of the said case has proceeded on maternity leave.
