JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22040 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners were outside State to earn their livelihood. Hence, the petitioners could not furnish the bail bonds on time.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3751 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 On the ground mentioned in the modification petition, the period of surrender is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22040 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
