Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several representations which has been brought on record by way of Annexures 2, 3 and 4 for considering the case of the deceased employee for his entitlement for payment of dues amount as a result of benefit of 5th Pay Revision as has been granted to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15303 of 2023 dt.06-11-2023 2/2 other similarly situated employees of the Nagar Parishad.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Bhabua, Kaimur is directed to take steps to ensure to make payment of difference of salary to which the deceased employee namely Late Ravindra Lal Srivastava is entitled as a result of benefit of 5th Pay Revision in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. The writ application stands disposed of.
