This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 374 of the Indian Penal Code and 26 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was indulged in carrying the children for labour purposes. The petitioner has stated in paragraph 7 of the petition that in fact fathers of the children were working at Ahmadabad and with the consent of their family members they were being taken to Ahmadabad to meet their fathers. Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner has stated that he has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be
