The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325, 379, 498(A), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being husband has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that even allegation related to dowry is general and omnibus in nature, it is further submitted that the petitioner though will contest the case but is willing to

It is next submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay a monthly maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- to the complainant till the case is not adjudicated in trial or a Court of competent jurisdiction does not fix the maintenance.
Learned counsel for the complainant on instruction, agrees with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the complainant submits that he will Whatsapp the bank account number of the complainant to the learned counsel for the petitioner on his Whatsapp and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will forward the bank account number of the complainant to the petitioner so that the maintenance, as agreed, commences from 18.07.2023. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Munger Complaint
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70861 of 2022(4) dt.28-06-2023 3/3 Case P.S. Case No. 147( C ) of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file an application seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the petitioner in the event, the petitioner for two consecutive months does not deposit the amount as agreed.
