Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that their cases are identical to the case of Baliram Singh and other v.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21149 of 2013 (2) dt.19-12-2016 The State of Bihar and others (C.W.J.C. No.22208 of 2013) and they are entitled to the same benefit as has been given to them.

In such view of the matter, respondents are directed to consider the cases of the petitioner and if their cases are identical to Baliram Singh and others the same benefit will be extended as has been given to them.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
