ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 02.06.2019 in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.134 of 2019, G.R. No.1015 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 342, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no direct overt act has been attributed to the present petitioners and it is only because of family dispute that the petitioners have been implicated.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no
