2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 342, 323, 307, 354(kh), 452, 504, 506, 34 of IPC.

3. Allegedly, the petitioners along with other accused persons came to informant's courtyard and started abusing and on protest, they assaulted him and his family members by means of lathi. They also threatened to kill the informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They have not committed any act as alleged in the present FIR. It is further submitted that petitioners are innocent and deserve the privilege of bail. They are ready to furnish suitable security/bonds for release on bail. It is further submitted that petitioners further undertakes not to abscond or tamper with the prosecution witness. From the perusal of the FIR, it appears that due to earlier dispute and enmity, the entire occurrence is alleged to have taken place. As per submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, both the parties are next door neighbours. Injury report of all three injured are mentioned in paragraph 18 of the case diary in which all the injuries are found to be simple in nature. No injury is on the vital part of the body.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there are some criminal history against the petitioners.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of injuries, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a

No.71390 of 2024(3) dt.10-02-2025 3/3 period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No.156 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
